I had known that there were benefits from treating
seeds
with humic acids but I did not know how much until I set up some trials
with several types of seeds known to be good indicators of humic acid's
biological stimulation. I used cucumbers, squash, cabbage, cantaloupe,
sweet
corn (maize), cow peas, tomatoes, radish and okra. Here are a few of
the
results!

The best results were with the fulvic acid fraction produced by a new method which preserves the potentcy of the organic components of the fulvic acid fraction. By this method certain compounds in humate that are negative growth factors when applied to the seed are removed .The extract we supply for seed treatment meets organic standards and is not extracted with acids or alkaline chemicals of any kind. The product is so low in heavy metals it can be used for nutritional purposes, in livestock of course.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
The best results are obtained with soaking times from 24-72 hours depending on the crop.
Corn, cucumbers, beans can be soaked for 24 hrs.at 1-100
Tomatoes 72 hrs at 1-200 dilution rate. Seed can be soaked for 1/2 hr. at 1-50 dilution rate.
Field crops seed can be moistened with 1-50 solution or sprayed on seed with planter spray
foliar sprays at 1-100 dilution rate. for spraying every two weeks and at fruit filling or bud filling.
